Fruits & Nuts: Avocados, Pomegranates, Mangos, Dragon Fruit, Pears, Pistachios, Macadamias, Walnuts
Optional: 1 package of Popcorn, 1 quart of Black Lager: Death Wish Coffee Paralysis
Salad: Seared Skate Wing over Marble Potato Romanesco Salad, Pomegranate Brown Butter
Entrée: Pheasant Two Ways with Death Wish Reduction, Bulgar Wheat and Tourne’ Tri Colored Carrots
Dessert: Poached Pear & Apple Crisp with Spiced Streusel, Vanilla Whipped Cream
Buffet: Pan-Seared bison Flank Steak with Mushroom Demi Glace, Garlic Celeriac Mash, Vegetable Melange
