SPRING SPECIALTY DINNERS

Spring Pairing Dinners with the culinary talents of our Chef Sean Gallagher.
Here are our 3 dinner nights for the Spring Semester:

March 16 - Emerging Chefs (2 Culinary Students)

WINE & DINE PAIRING DINNER

Friday, February 16 @ 6pm

Menu:
COURSE 1:
Shrimp Cocktail
Jumbo Shrimp served atop a bed of greens with spicy cocktail sauce

COURSE 2:
Arugula Nicoise Salad
Crisp Arugula, topped with sliced fresh Tuna, Pesto, and White Wine vinagriette

COURSE 3:
Filet Mignon
Choice Beef tenderloin, Char-grilled and topped with a Red wine Demi glace with hasselback potatoes and sautéed green beans.

COURSE 4:
Grand Marnier Torte
Yellow butter cake, masked with pastry crème and chocolate ganache, topped with raspberry sauce
