Jumbo Shrimp served atop a bed of greens with spicy cocktail sauce
Arugula Nicoise Salad
Crisp Arugula, topped with sliced fresh Tuna, Pesto, and White Wine vinagriette
Choice Beef tenderloin, Char-grilled and topped with a Red wine Demi glace with hasselback potatoes and sautéed green beans.
Grand Marnier Torte
Yellow butter cake, masked with pastry crème and chocolate ganache, topped with raspberry sauce
